Michael Jackson : Dead at 50

Michael Joseph Jackson

1958-2009

Legendary pop icon Michael Joseph Jackson died at age 50. He was reportedly found unconscious, without any pulse and was not breathing, in his Bell Air Mansion and was brought to the nearby UCLA Medical Center where he was declared dead upon arrival. He died of a cardiac arrest. M J was set to have a series of concerts in London by July which was supposed to be his comeback concert. Tickets were already sold out, as the news reported. He's a huge loss to the Music Industry, to the paparazzi and to all his fans worldwide. The Man in the mirror will surely be missed but as all legends, his name and his music will definitely stay with us forever.

My hubby and I have long been planning a vacation out of the country. We never had the chance since we got married and had a child. We thought it was inappropriate and impractical. Father's Day

Back to school

Month of June, it's time for my son and nephew to wear their school uniform and it's time for me to pack their food (baon) early in the morning.

My husband usually drive them to school with other students who pay in a monthly basis. He has been doing this for four years now and most of the kids have been with us since.

Welcome to the world

Last Tuesday, at around 2:30 in the morning, Sean M. Sanchez was born. He is the newest member of the Sanchez-Masangcay family. His big sister couldn’t have felt happier to finally see her baby brother. She said he looked liked her but their dad claims the baby looked exactly like him. Well actually the siblings got more of their mothers’ looks. Sorry Daddy Diegs.

Time and Reason

Five months ago me and my hubby decided to have our second child. Our eldest is 10 years old now and we thought it's about time we gave him a brother or a sister. I guess Ler, my hubby, realized that we're not getting any younger and we really don't plan on making Macoy an only child. Ler always tells me that he doesn't want to see me on a stretcher coming out of the delivery room, looking like what I looked like when I gave birth to Macoy. Maybe that's why it took him ten years to reconsider. Two months ago I tested positive on a pregnancy test. Ler and I were so happy, but we decided to keep it between us just for a while. We were planning on surprising everybody, but sadly my pregnancy was cut short. I started bleeding and my doctor advised me to undergo operation because of some complicated medical reason. It was a sad event in my life but I guess everything happens for a reason and in due time, I hope God will bless me with another child.
