Our friend Allan Casupanan, a DFA employee and soon to be a Diplomat in Israel. Actually he's my hubby's best friend (sabit lang ako) . He treated us out for Dinner and a little Videoke at same time. We went to Spencer's KTV bar to celebrate that night and we really had a great time. Good Luck Our Friend in your long Journey to Israel.......
