Ingridients:
1/2 cup water
3 pcs carrots
2 pcs bell pepper
2 pcs potatoes
3 tbspn lemon
4 tbspn soy souse
a small pack of raisin
2 pcs Bangus (Milk fish)
3 pcs onion, diced
2 gloves garlic
1/2 cup cheese
green peas




- Dice the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Set aside.
- Put the dressed fish in a pan
- Add the lemon, soy sauce and water
- Let it simmer for 5 mins
- Mash and debone the fish meat
- Saute all the ingredients in a pan together with the deboned fish meat
- Let it simmer for 10 min
- Put the cooked fish meat in the fish skin
- Fry the fish until golden brown
