Relyenong Bangus

Ingridients: 1/2 cup water
3 pcs carrots 2 pcs bell pepper 2 pcs potatoes 3 tbspn lemon
4 tbspn soy souse
a small pack of raisin 2 pcs Bangus (Milk fish) 3 pcs onion, diced 2 gloves garlic 1/2 cup cheese green peas separate the bone from the fish
  1. Dice the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Set aside.
  2. Put the dressed fish in a pan
  3. Add the lemon, soy sauce and water
  4. Let it simmer for 5 mins
  5. Mash and debone the fish meat
  6. Saute all the ingredients in a pan together with the deboned fish meat
  7. Let it simmer for 10 min
  8. Put the cooked fish meat in the fish skin
  9. Fry the fish until golden brown
