Dinner is served

Yes this is dinner. I've decided to lose my extra lbs this year. No more rice during breakfast and dinner, just a cup of rice at lunch. I also started to exercise. A small walk every afternoon is a good start. also, I try to avoid softdrinks and pork. I don't know if all of this is gonna work but I am really hoping for a positive result. Wish me luck.
