Stress

Stress is our body's natural way of coping with sudden changes in our environment. In many ways, stress, contrary to its negative connotations, is good for us. It keeps us on our toes, makes our minds alert, and  actives our brains to think fast in response to a possible threat or danger.

Mental and Biological Effects
A person under stress may develop assorted symptoms such as ulcers, asthma, and  palpitation. It can also affect  the hormones and alter the immune system, which can make a person susceptible to respiratory diseases. Other mental symptoms include tension, irritability , an inability to concentrate, excessive fatigue and trouble sleeping..
Source of stress can come from anywhere and everywhere.  Unwashed dishes, early morning traffic, deadlines of works, rocky relationship.

Stress can either be overcome or it can reach a point where can be worse.  Stress can be fatal if the person coping a mechanism is problematic, trauma. When this happens a therapy may be needed. This is usually a sign that a doctor help.
